In class today we.....

Today in class we talked about population pyramids. How most pyramids that have a large bottom will soon grow and get bigger with each generation. we also learned about TFR which means total fertility rate. If a TFR in a country are 2.0 or lower that means there is zero growth or decreasing growth. A country with a 2.1 rate or higher means that the country's population will grow. other important things for a country is migration, crude birth rate, crude and death rate which all affect a country's population. Most important thing about a pyramid is professionals use this to predict country's development.Tonight for homework we have to post pyramids and talk about them in our blog.
