Climate is what links everyone together.
Solar Energy- if no sun we wouldnt be here. we et all of our heat and energy from here. Incoming solar enrgy taken from land. greenhouse effect natural thing without greenhouse effect we would be like the climate of mars.....Suns rays go in and bounces off us but stays in to keep us warm. Esential for humans to live on Earth
Latitude- Depending were we are in the planet affects climate. "parallels" because parallel to equator. it runs east and west but, measures north and south.
Interaction between land and water- weather can be different near water then on land somewhere. inland diffrent from coast. Water bodies hold heat. oceanic or maritime climates have moderate temperatures without. Water and land controls climate in area.
World Pressure System- Land masses and oceans break up heat in world. high pressure cell are in sub-tropic zones get bigger in summer because of warm air in the regions around the equator. Low pressure caused by uneven heating in the earth...
Global wind patterns- pressure sytems cause global wind patterns. Wind is caused when air flows from high to low pressure. Wind brings weather across large areas of land and water. This does it for all types of weather.
